"Very Good"
Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Extra care was given to make the room modern and attractive. Little treats were left in room and community kitchen. Refrigerator had healthy soft drinks at no extra charge. Rooms were downstairs from private home. One had a private entrance and was given plenty of privacy. Keurig single cup coffee machine was easy to work and made a great cup of coffee. The owner had excellent communication via text, and met me at the gate to make sure I got in okay and was oriented to the property.

The guest house location was quiet and looked safe. The room was spacious enough and clean. Shower was powerful. The receptionist (owner or manger, I missed to ask) was very friendly, attentive and gave us a lot of tips regarding surrounding area. Basic things like coffee, bottled water, cooky, yogurt, soda and even canned beer were offered free of charge. I will definately come back to this guest house if I have a chance to visit L.A.
